(red) 98 days. One of the best poppers of the ornamental types. Popular ornamental variety with ears shaped like very large, dark red strawberries. Kernels are rich mahogany-red color. Ears are 2 " long by 1-1/2 " wide, averaging 3 per stalk on 4' plants. Use for decoration or popping. Has high resistance to corn earworm due to "maysin", a naturally occurring antifeedant. Pkt.
