 50 days. [Introduced 1987. Developed at the U. of Hawaii.] 'Anuenue' is the Hawaiian name for "rainbow" (pronounced "ah-nu-ee-nu-ee"). A valuable feature of this variety is the ability of the seed to germinate at higher soil temperatures (above 80oF). It resembles a crisphead lettuce with bright glossy green leaves. Heat-tolerant and bolt resistant. Recommended for all lettuce growing seasons. Pkt.
